Agricultural Robotics is here to announce our selection for the Farmers2Founders (F2F) 2025 Queensland Scale Accelerator, a program delivered as part of the Venture Capital Development Fund (VCDF) managed by the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC). F2F is designed to support agtech ventures that have the potential to drive meaningful innovation, economic growth, and global competitiveness for the Australian agricultural sector.
This week, Agricultural Robotics got underway with a Deep Dive session – a foundational step in our accelerator journey. As part of the cohort, each team is assigned an Executive-in-Residence who will work closely with us to ensure steady progress, alignment with our Growth Plan, and strategic engagement with F2F’s national network of mentors, investors, and agtech experts.
Why This Matters
1. Strengthening Queensland’s Agtech Ecosystem
Queensland is home to a diverse and highly productive agricultural industry – from horticulture in the north to broadacre farming in the west. However, producers across the state are under pressure to adapt to labour shortages, climate variability, and rising input costs. Agricultural Robotics directly addresses these challenges through advanced automation solutions, including our flagship technologies for mango yield forecasting and automated harvesting.
By participating in the F2F Scale Accelerator, we are able to accelerate the deployment of these technologies, supported by specialist advice, commercial readiness coaching, and investment readiness preparation. This helps ensure the benefits of robotics innovation are realised across our farming communities sooner – and more effectively.
2. Delivering National Impact
Australia’s agricultural sector faces systemic challenges that cannot be solved by incremental improvement alone. Robotics and AI-driven solutions offer a step-change in productivity and sustainability—especially for labour-intensive crops and processes. Through the Scale Accelerator, Agricultural Robotics will refine its business model and go-to-market strategy to scale across different states and farming systems.
As we work with growers, researchers, and supply chain partners interstate, the support provided by F2F will help us maintain strong national momentum and ensure our solutions remain practical, adaptable, and ROI-driven.
3. Building Global Competitiveness
Australian-grown agtech is increasingly seen as a global leader in applied innovation, particularly for tropical and subtropical cropping systems. Through the VCDF and F2F’s national and international network, Agricultural Robotics is positioning to engage with international growers, investors, and commercial partners.
Whether addressing similar production constraints in Asia-Pacific, or tapping into demand from North and South America, our technologies offer high-impact potential for export. The Scale Accelerator strengthens our commercial readiness and international narrative—both of which are critical to long-term success in global markets.

Over the coming months, Agricultural Robotics will engage in structured sessions focused on scaling strategy, customer development, and capital raising. We will also benefit from one-on-one advisory support and peer learning with other leading Australian agtech startups.
