It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Liz Alexander, a beloved colleague and friend. Liz’s journey with us was distinguished by her relentless pursuit of excellence and her deep care for the Australian ag-tech community. She was more than a professional; she was a mentor, a guide, and an inspiration. Her ability to connect with people and her genuine desire to make a difference set her apart as a supporter for regional tech equity.

We met Liz through her exceptional work as an Accelerating Commercialisation Grant facilitator for the Australian federal government’s Entrepreneur Program. Thanks to her support both the mango Orion Ag-Tech, as well as this company Agricultural Robotics, have strong market entry. Our team continued working with Liz in 2023 and 2024 through her agricultural innovation consultancy business, FrontPaw. Her enthusiasm and belief in what we do drove our success with the win at Croc Pitch for $1M in venture capital. Liz’s passion, expertise, and unwavering commitment made a lasting impact on us. It was a privilege to work with her.

Beyond her professional achievements, Liz was warm and compassionate. She had a unique ability to bring light into any room and a smile to anyone’s face. Her kindness, generosity, and positivity will be remembered. Liz’s legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched and the projects she championed. Her work has left an indelible mark on our organization, and her spirit of innovation and dedication will continue to inspire us.
